Saturday Night Wembley

September 11, 2010

Another round of Muse? Sure, why not…

That morning, I walked throughout the kitchen and lobby looking for Amethyst. The kitchen was not only packed with people… it was packed with people wearing Muse shirts, engaging in conversations about Muse. Even the tiny bulletin board in the lobby was littered with Muse-related fliers, soliciting last-minute ticket trades.

Muse at Wembley: Night Uno

September 10, 2010

If I remember correctly, we had a late start. I don’t even remember if I had breakfast. I just remember taking pictures of the Herp Factory’s bunk, which we treated as a crime scene; no one wanted to be near it.

South by Southwest, Part 2

South by Southwest, Part 2

I had a dream last night that I was back in Austin, enjoying good music with good friends, on a boat in Lady Bird Lake, no less.

Then a tornado hit. I’m taking that as a sign to continue chronicling my travels on my sorely neglected blog, so I can write about events that are more… current.

So back to where we left off: the film and music portions of South by Southwest in Austin, TX.
